Background
2023 — Workvivo by Zoom

Joined months before Meta announced the closure of Workplace and named Workvivo its preferred migration partner. Spent the following eighteen months at the commercial centre of the largest migration event the category has seen, with direct involvement in the majority of customers that moved.

Finished his tenure leading Business Incident Response across EMEA and APAC, accountable for critical escalations from Meta's largest advertisers around the clock, and building the company's first internal executive support channel.
2007 — Amazon
Customer Support & Success
Early-career role within Amazon's customer operations team, building foundational skills in issue resolution, customer communication and process-driven support at scale.
Why we started
Why CultureFlow exists
Eighteen months at the centre of the Workplace migration meant seeing how B2B SaaS platforms handle growth. Every growing platform hits the same arithmetic. Customer numbers rise faster than delivery headcount, and something has to absorb the gap. Smaller customers usually do, moved to tech-touch, declined at qualification, or handed to consultancies at rates that make the engagement uneconomic for everyone.
It isn't a failure of care or competence. It's what happens when a growing customer base meets fixed delivery capacity. But the outcome is consistent: the customers receiving the least attention churn the most, and revenue that was already won walks away.
I started CultureFlow because there was an option missing between a full CSM and an automated email sequence. Whatever else changes about this industry, people who are about to launch something to their entire workforce want to talk to a person who cares. I think that's worth building a business around.
